MY E+L is the digital platform of Erhardt+Leimer and offers every customer individual access to the Erhardt+Leimer world.
In your MY E+L account you will find important information about products and orders as well as many self-service options such as downloading documents, creating quotes and requesting repairs.

If you want to take full advantage of MY E+L, you need to register. Once you have completed the registration form, we will review your registration and activate your account within one business day. Following the activation, you will receive an email with a link to your password assignment. You will then be able to log in and use all the features of MY E+L with your account.
Please note that access is only available to corporate customers.
Our shop is available in English and German.
If you have forgotten your password and would like to set a new one, you can simply reset your old password.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. You can then proceed to login as usual.

You will find the material number and order number on your order confirmation.
Invoice
You will find the material number and the order number on your invoice.
You can enter the information regarding the product type, material number, or order number in the fields provided in the shop to search for the desired product.
There are additional ways to find the product you need. Use the navigation and filter options for each product category or the search fields to find the material you are looking for or information about your orders.
A "parameter" is a specific setting or value that adjusts the configuration of a product.
Please enter "0" to receive the product with the default parameter settings. If you do not have a product with an existing ID number and are not sure what to enter here, please contact our sales department directly.
If you cannot find the product you are looking for, it may have been replaced or is no longer available. We will either direct you to the replacement product or assist you in finding the right material for you. Simply contact us using the contact form.
Start by adding the product(s) you want to your shopping cart. Next, click on the " Create a Quote " button to generate your personalized quote. You can then download it as a PDF document and review it thoroughly. If you are happy with the quote, you can accept it directly online and complete the purchase.

With every order, you will receive the following information:
1. General order information (e.g. order number and billing address)
2. Current order status
3. Products included in the order
4. Product and order-specific documents to download
All this information can be found in your MY E+L account on the order details page of each order. You can access the order details page either by searching via the E+L order number in the corresponding search field or via the order history in the menu item My Account > My Orders.
You can use both the product search and your order history to find and easily order your spare part.
Via the product search, for example, you can search directly for the E+L material number and call it up. You can find the E+L material number on your order confirmation, invoice or on the type plate attached to your product.
Via the order history or by entering the E+L order number directly, you can also access your order. You will find all the products you have ordered on the order details page and can easily add them to your shopping cart.
Your order information and your order status are updated daily.
You have the option to specify your desired delivery date when you place your order. We will try to meet your request as closely as possible. The order confirmation, which will be emailed to you in PDF format, will indicate the final scheduled shipping date.
Your order will be shipped using the standard shipping method you have selected.
Payment options are available to you in accordance with your individual agreement. Alternatively, you can pay exclusively online by credit card with VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
You can add an alternate shipping address during the checkout process. This address will also be available for future orders without you having to enter it again.
Shipping and packaging costs depend on the size and weight of the product and the region to which the order is being shipped.
The minimum order value in our shop is €80 net.
You will find the "Repairs" or "Register Repairs" navigation option in your account and on the order details page. There you can create repair registrations with or without an order reference.
After submitting the form, you will receive information on how to proceed. The minimum repair value is €300. Please do not send the product to be repaired until the repair department or our service team has confirmed the return.
