If you need to return one of our products we are here to help you.
Before returning a device, please consult the operating manual to check that there is actually a defect or a malfunction present. If this is the case, please contact the sales representative you have been dealing with or call our hotline on +49-821-2435-599.
Please note: To ensure that we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible, please provide us with a detailed description of the defect.
Process of repair requests
If you would like to have a product repaired, you will need to register it using the repair form so we can address your request individually and quickly.
Using your MY E+L account, you can register your repair online in just a few steps:
- Step 1: Please log in to your MY E+L account.
If you need an account first, please register here. - Step 2: Click the navigation point “Repairs” in your account area.
- Step 3: Fill out and submit the form
- Step 4: Our repair department will handle your request and contact you as soon as possible with information on how to proceed.
