Function
Two CCD line scan cameras detect the outer edges or the control lines on the outer liner at the bottom. The position controller compares the target position of the slitter scorer with the actual position and outputs a corresponding correction signal to the actuating drive, in order to run the slitter scorer centrally to the corrugated board web. The purpose is to reduce the edge trimming and, with printed liner webs, to guide the longitudinal cut precisely after printing.
