Digital printing has many benefits compared to conventional printing processes. One of the most important benefits is that small order lengths can be produced highly efficiently. To increase the efficiency even further, multiple different print orders can be combined on a shared roll. The orders can be arranged behind one another or next to one another on the same roll or in a combination of both variants.

Production steps after printing are often not aligned to rapid work order changes and require additional automated process control systems, in order to be able to use the benefits of digital printing continuously.

This task is undertaken by our DigiPrintWorkflow "SmartLine". The system reliably and precisely recognizes the following events up to the maximum machine speed:

CAN BE IMPLEMENTED SIMPLY, RELIABLY, ROBUSTLY AND UNIVERSALLY

These events and the resulting actions are communicated to the production machines via standard interfaces. DigiPrintWorkflow is available in various configurations.

The independent function principle requires no additional data from production.

The system can be used simply, reliably, robustly and universally. The concept was developed for general use with digital printing machines and can be used with any manufacturer.
