Function
Cutting systems for circular cutting systems cut the web with a circular blade. With the circular blade cut, a disk blade is driven by a three-phase motor in the direction of web travel. An integrated support table ensures a defined cutting position.
Area of use
The circular cutting system is a cost-effective solution for center cuts of non-woven, woven and knitted fabrics.
Application
The web must be run flat by guide rollers both in front of and behind the cutting station. The cutting speed should be 5 to 10 times greater than the production speed.
